Fiber Tensioning Systems in a Robotized Winding Procedure for Composite Materials Building Processes

چکیده

The winding process of carbon fiber is not a new concept, but until now only few studies have been made in tensioning and on complex shapes. main purpose the article to analyze possibility conduct using two industrial robots connected as master slave, one realize other hold rotate mandrel, an own design automatic tool. To control system force transducer was implemented. measured used make trajectory adjustments for robots, having predefined trajectory. results obtained from experimental tests showed that with can windings variable tension molds configurations (3D) paths. In this way, compact structures constantly tensioned bundle be obtained, according product requirements.
